Leighton Webb began operating drilling rigs in 2004 after completing an apprenticeship in Engineering.

Drilling predominantly water wells Leighton has accumulated many years of experience drilling large diameter town supply wells, domestic supply and irrigation wells to hundreds of metres with many of these wells producing over 100L/sec. These wells have been constructed in the Lower North Island of New Zealand.

Leighton has used his time acquiring a wide range of skills drilling in the United States and the United Kingdom, constructing bores for cities, farmers and lifestyle properties. Once even installing a submersible pump in the Smirnoff distillery, Kirkcaldy, Scotland.
